Rules and Regulations Please be advised to the following:

1. No outside food, beverages or containers allowed on festival grounds.
2. No food or beverages from surrounding business allowed on festival grounds.
3. No pets.
4. No lawn chairs (seating is provided at all stages.)
5. No bikes, scooters, rollerblades.
6. No soliciation or distribution of materials without a permit.
